Anti-Ragging Committee Details

As per clause No. 6(C) of All India Council for Technical Education (Prevention & Prohibition of Ragging in Technical Institutions, Universities including Deemed Universities imparting technical education) Regulations 2009, notification dated 01.07.2009, the following committee of the institute is constituted as Anti Ragging Squad.

The squad shall: 

• Prevent ragging
• Maintain vigil, oversight, and patrolling
• Remain mobile, alert, and active at all times during the academic year 2025–26

Functions of the Committee:

• To make surprise raids on hostels and other places vulnerable to incidents and having the potential for ragging.
• To conduct on-the-spot enquiry into any incidents of ragging and refer it to the Head of Institution and submit the report to the Anti-Ragging Committee for further action.
